Yes, you can find less expensive hosting elsewhere....  But please keep in mind the benefits of Sinclair Services handling all aspects of your website hosting (and domain registration/renewal if desired).  I have found that many small businesses and non-profit organizations do not have the expertise nor time to handle all the ongoing details that come into play in dealing with their site hosting, such as: discussing technical aspects of your website, working to get your site back if it goes offline, managing your MySQL databases when needed, knowing what to do if your domain or IP address gets blacklisted, handling updates of PHP, Apache, MySQL, plus much more.  If you would like to "delegate" all that, then consider hosting with us.  In addition, if you let Sinclair Services handle your domain name registration and/or renewal, then we will be your only point of contact.  All you have to remember is to contact Sinclair Services for anything to do with your site!
Sinclair Services will handle complete setup of your site, not to include the routine backups of your site that you will need to do.  If you prefer to handle all setup procedures of email accounts, MySQL databases, etc., just let us know and we can discount the package for you. If you require additional disk space or have other requirements for your initial setup, please contact Sinclair Services for a quote.  Your webhosting package can be upgraded as needed to handle your needs. The above costs are for hosting your website only and do not include any domain name registration fees, development/design fees, or Web SiteBuilder application fees.  Also, of course, you will need an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in order to access the internet if you are interested in any of our "Do It Yourself" services.
